Information Collected from Schools or Educational Organizations | If you represent a school, educational organization, or other non-profit organization and have entered into a Software License and Master Services Agreement (the “License Agreement”) (referred to as “Customers”) to use our software application and related services for fundraising campaigns and other revenue generation services, we may collect the name, tax identification number, physical address, phone number and email address of your school or educational organization, the name, email address, and phone number of any authorized employee or agent acting on behalf of the school or educational organization, and any other information that is provided by publicly available data sources or required under the terms of the License Agreement. |
Information Collected from Businesses | If you are an individual or business that may offer products, services, and/or rewards for use in a Customer’s Campaign (referred to as a “Businesses”), we may collect the name, tax identification number, physical address, phone number, and email address of your Business, the name, physical address, email address, and phone number of any authorized employee or agent acting on behalf of the Business and any other information that is provided by publicly available data sources or required in order for Businesses to offer products, services, and rewards for use in a Campaign. |
User Account Registration | In order to access some of the resources of the Website, Customers and Businesses may be required to create and register a user account. If you choose to create a user account, we may collect your name, physical address, email address, phone number, and the name of the Customer or Business you are associated with, in addition to the username and password that you choose. |
Donations | If you make a donation or purchase products or services relating to a fundraising Campaign on behalf of a Customer that is facilitated on the Website (referred to as “Donors”), our third-party payment processing vendor may collect your credit card information (credit card number, name on card, expiration date, and CVV); your billing zip code; e-mail address, and other personal information. We do not receive, process or store any payment information provided by you in connection with a donation, but we will receive information about your donation. You must be at least 18 years old to make a donation. |
Donation History | We will keep a record of each Donor’s transaction history. This information is maintained for Donors to reference for personal record keeping and/or IRS tax return purposes. The transaction history is also used by us to analyze overall donation patterns in order to produce benchmark data. |
Automated Information | When you visit the Website, we automatically collect information from your browser or your mobile device, which includes the date and time of your visit, your Internet Protocol (IP) address or unique device identifier, domain server, your browser type, access time, cookies, and data about which pages you visit in order to allow us to operate and provide the Website and our services. Nevada Residents. You may submit a verified request to us at privacy@myschoolshares.com to request that we not make any sale (as defined under Nevada law) of any covered
information (as defined under Nevada law) that we have collected or will collect about you. Please provide your name and contact
information in your request. We will respond to your request in accordance with Nevada law.
