It doesn’t cost anything to initiate a fundraiser on School Shares. Just decide what type of campaign you want to run. You can choose from Donation, Sponsorship Packages, Field Sign sales, Advertisements or Merchandise. Or you can choose more than one! School Shares will run your campaign and your group will keep 80% of the total funds raised.

You may initiate and manage unlimited fundraising campaigns at once.

Yes, you provide email contacts from your team or group participants to your School Shares Customer Experience Manager. They will upload the contact list for you in School Shares.

If you decide to sell Field Signs or Advertisements, School Shares will get you started by uploading some local business contacts to send those offers to!

Yes, the eCommerce store is branded using your school logo and name.

Yes, you can see the progress trackers for every active campaign. Customers will have visibility to fundraising goals and progress as well.

All transactions are made with the use of credit or debit cards through the School Shares digital platform.

If you set up a Stripe account (credit card processing company) you will receive funds directly into your bank account. Generally, funds are received within 2 business days of the transaction. If you do not set up an account with Stripe, a check will be sent to you ~ 4 weeks from your campaign end date.

All credit card transactions are processed securely by Stripe, one of the largest and most secure global payment integrators.

Yes, all transactions that occur on School Shares are displayed in the Sales History feature within the app. It provides a clear view of all sales and allocation for easy reconciliation.

Electronic receipts are automatically emailed to your supporters at time of purchase.
